Aiko: Welcome to Oriana

Scene: Gess gasps with awe.

Scene: Rowan greets them as they approach the dock.

Rowan: Sai, I hope they didn’t give you too much trouble.

Sai: No sir, it is always a pleasure to be of service to Aiko and Rey.

Scene: Rowan looks adoringly at Rey as they approach. He helps the boat to a stop while smiling at her. He then holds out his hand to help out of the boat, as she takes it, she looks lovingly back at him. They exchange smiles as she gets out.

Scene: When Aiko see that this isn’t just a passing glance, but that there’s something between them. She quickly gets up to face Rowan.

Rowan: Aiko

Scene: She gives him a questioning look, and as he extends a hand to help her out, she flips her staff around, nearly hitting his head. She continues to stare at him as she departs the boat and stares at Rey as she climbs the stairs, with a disapproving look.

Aiko: Keep your distance from her. You know the rules.

Rowan: Always a pleasure

Scene: Gess comes behind Aiko. Meanwhile, Aiko has caught up with Rey

Aiko: Rey, what are you doing?

Rey: I have no idea what you’re talking about

Aiko: You made a defender’s vow

Rey: I’m well aware of my vow Aiko, I’ve kept it for forty-two years

Rowan: And who do we have here?

Gess: I’m Gess, protector of Aiko and Rey.

Rowan: Welcome Gess, protector of Aiko and Rey, I’m Rowan, assistant to the queen. I’ll be looking after your needs while you are here.

Scene: Rowan and Gess catch up with Rey and Aiko
